September 2025: Haircuts4Homeless Newsletter

Last week the latest Haircuts4Homeless newsletter dropped in my inbox and I was surprised and honoured by a lovely shout out from the wonderful Stewart Roberts:

“This month we are honouring one of our volunteers who helps in ways other than hairdressing: the photographer Jack Eames. 

We have known Jack since 2019 when he came to our project in Whitechapel, London to watch what we do.

He immediately struck us as the perfect person to record the images of our wonderful guests. He has a gentle manner and great empathy. Jack continued to follow H4H to many sessions across the UK over two years taking the most beautiful photographs. Along with hairdresser Leigh Keates, Jack and Stewart collated the pictures into an inspiring coffee-table book. We believe it should have a place in every salon in the UK. Your clients and your team will love it. 

Jack has done so much for Haircuts4Homeless and has become a true friend.  Thank you.”

Working on this project with Haircuts4Homeless, Stewart & Leigh is one of the highlights of my career and I can’t thank them enough for having me onboard!
